Stingray had strong brand recognition in the marine space but a digital presence that wasn't keeping up. Key product category pages didn't exist, mobile optimization was incomplete, and the site wasn't built to serve two very different audiences: buyers and prospective dealers. PR was happening but not strategically.

I audited the site architecture first, prioritizing pages based on search demand and buyer journey logic rather than rebuilding everything at once. I launched category pages for Deck Boats, Center Consoles, Dual Consoles, and Sport Boats, rebuilt the homepage and key supporting pages, and began development on a Build-a-Boat configurator for lead capture. On social, I ran quarterly platform analysis and developed strategic recommendations for the internal team: data consistently pointed to people-forward content and TikTok as the highest-growth channel. For PR, I managed media outreach for the Make-A-Wish SC partnership and the 20 SBX product launch, pitching trade and enthusiast outlets and maintaining an active placement pipeline.
